What they need
The Construction Helper will assist skilled workers and other site personnel in various construction and industrial activities. The position will support daily project operations by preparing materials, tools, and work areas while following proper safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians and skilled workers with assigned tasks.
- Prepare, carry, and organize tools and construction materials.
- Assist in installation, assembly, and other site activities.
- Load, unload, and properly store materials and equipment.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
- Assist in basic electrical and construction-related activities as directed.
- Use tools and equipment properly and safely.
- Follow all company and project site safety rules.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Report damaged tools, unsafe conditions, or work-related concerns immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
