Construction Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Construction In-Charge to oversee construction activities, manage site operations, coordinate with contractors and project teams, and ensure projects are completed within the approved timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Candidates with a strong background in construction and working knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works will be preferred, particularly those experienced in industrial construction, structural works, LGS structures, PEB sheds, and factory projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Plan, execute, and monitor construction work according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise foundations, RCC works, masonry, steel structures, LGS structures, PEB sheds, roofing, cladding, and finishing activities.
• Monitor the installation and execution of mechanical and electrical works and coordinate with relevant technical teams.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, materials, machinery, and equipment.
• Ensure proper interpretation of construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and approved construction procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and management.
• Prepare daily progress reports, identify site issues, and report project status to management.
• Control material wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects within the approved budget and schedule.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in construction and site supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural works, and project execution.
• Working knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical construction activities.
• Experience with industrial buildings, factory construction, LGS structures, and PEB sheds will be an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and construction specifications.
• Strong site management, team coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices, quality control, and material management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work on SITE (Reko Diq, Balochistan)

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
