Primary Work

• Residential remodeling and handyman work including (based on skill level):
• Bathroom and basement remodel support
• Drywall install/repair, taping, painting (interior/exterior)
• Flooring, trim/carpentry, doors/windows, siding
• Deck builds/rebuilds and general repairs
• Jobsite prep/cleanup, material handling, and protecting customer property
• Follow company process: in-person scope → estimate/contract → scheduled work → quality check/touch-ups

Required Qualifications (Baseline)

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Construction/remodeling experience (or strong labor background with willingness to learn fast)
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and maintain clean job sites
• Professional communication and respect in customers’ homes (high-end clients, high expectations)

Strong Preferences

• Bathroom/basement remodeling experience
• Carpentry + drywall + painting versatility (we value “all-around” skill sets)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew (crew size varies by project)

Compliance / Safety Notes

• Safety-first mindset (proper tool use, equipment care)
