Duties

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling structural components
• Support concrete work by mixing, pouring, finishing, and applying formwork for foundations, walls, or other structures
• Install rebar and metal studs according to blueprints and schematics to reinforce concrete structures
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as moving materials, framing, roofing, or masonry work
• Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site

Requirements

• Prior construction experience or familiarity with construction sites preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of safety gear
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or site transportation (nice-to-have)

Pay: $24.22 - $29.17 per hour
