Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling components
• Support concrete work by mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting concrete according to project specifications
• Install rebar, formwork, metal studs, and other structural elements following blueprints and technical drawings
• Interpret construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of work tasks
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment when necessary to move materials or assist with site logistics

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans
• Experience with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping processes
• Knowledge of construction estimating principles for material handling and project planning
• Skilled in carpentry, stucco application, caulking, plastering, flooring installation, and renovation work
• Proficient in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, as well as power tools for various tasks
• Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times
• Experience working on diverse construction projects involving rebar installation, metal framing, formwork construction, concrete pumping and finishing
• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely when required for site operations
