Duties

• Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and equipment
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling structures
• Support concrete pouring, finishing, and cutting activities, ensuring smooth application and surface quality
• Install rebar, formwork, and metal stud framing according to blueprints and schematics
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute construction plans and specifications
• Perform heavy lifting of materials like concrete blocks, lumber, or steel components while maintaining proper safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris, securing tools, and adhering to safety regulations

Requirements

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and concrete pumping equipment
• Skills in masonry, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, or restoration work are a plus
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working at heights or in confined spaces
