Construction Laborer

NOW HIRING – ENTRY-LEVEL CONSTRUCTION LABORERS

We’re growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our construction team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn, works hard, shows up ready to work, and wants to build a career in construction. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Assist with construction projects
• Perform general construction and site-development labor
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
• Assist skilled workers and equipment operators
• Help with site preparation, cleanup, excavation, and related tasks
• Operate hand tools and equipment as trained
• Follow all safety procedures and job-site instructions
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently

This Job Is Not for Everyone

Our work is outdoors and physically demanding. You must be comfortable working in Michigan weather, including heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, mud, and changing conditions.

We're looking for someone who doesn't mind getting dirty, works hard, and understands that construction isn't always comfortable—but takes pride in getting the job done right.

Position: Construction Laborer – Entry Level
Employment: Full-Time
Work: Outdoor construction / site development
Travel: Local and regional job-site travel may be required

Compensation & Benefits

· Competitive pay: $19 – $25/hour based on experience.

• Full-time position with probationary period (3 months).
• After 3 months: Company will cover costs for required certifications.
• Opportunity for long-term growth in a fast-paced, skilled trade environment.
