Construction Laborer

Looking for Specialist and Experienced Construction Laborers:

As a Construction Laborer in Construction, you will be a vital part of our team, contributing to various construction projects with your core skills in hand tools, construction, and power tools. Additionally, your relevant skills in waterproofing, caulkling, & general construction will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of tasks. Requirements of the Job and the Jobsite:

• Transportation (not public)
• Take and Pass a drug screening
• Self-motivated (show up on time every day)
• Willing to work in the Oklahoma weather
• Experience in Construction or Industrial Settings
• Clean Shaven Face (Respirators are required)
• Pass a Background check (Some jobs, not all)

Wages start at $19 per hour with Family health insurance paid for by the contractor along with a pension. Length of job will last longer depending on attitude, performance, & overall knowledge. Shifts will be Monday-Thursday from 7 am- 5:30pm with Fridays being make up days for unexpected weather. Expect Jackhammers & respirators, for the first few weeks. Responsibilities

• Assist with various construction tasks such as mason/brick tending, material handling, concrete demolition.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned projects efficiently.
• Follow construction plans to ensure accurate and precise work.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including OSHA 10 guidelines, to maintain a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with construction team members to achieve project goals effectively.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply new skills in the construction field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.73 per hour
