General Construction Laborer

Marcor LLC is looking for a dependable General Construction Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work safely and efficiently.

Pay

$22–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and industrial work
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Assist skilled tradespeople and other crew members as needed
• Perform cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area
• Follow instructions and safety procedures
• Work safely and efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous construction, industrial, or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, standing, bending, and climbing
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
