Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction projects including masonry, asphalt, paving and concrete work
- Perform block laying, cement mixing, and site preparation
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
- Proven experience in masonry, asphalt, cement, paving and block work
- Strong work ethic and reliability — must show up on time and ready to work
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
- Valid driver’s license and transportation preferred
