Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving supplies, equipment, and debris safely
• Operate hand tools and power tools to support carpentry, masonry, drywall installation, and other trades
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks
• Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site

Qualifications

• Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related labor role is highly preferred
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete pumping machinery
• Experience with heavy lifting, roofing, stucco application, flooring installation, tile laying, drywall work, caulking, plastering, restoration or renovation projects is a plus but not required
• Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively in team environments while maintaining attention to detail
