Penn Construction + Design is looking for a motivated Laborer to join our residential remodeling team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced team members with remodeling work such as demolition, framing, painting, remodeling, and material handling.
• Keep the job site clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Learn safe tool and equipment use under the supervision of skilled carpenters.
• Support loading and unloading of tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
• Contribute to project completion by following directions and assisting wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Dependable work ethic, mechanical inclination, and desire to learn.
• Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting, standing, and climbing.
• Team player with a positive attitude and readiness to follow instructions.
• Professional behavior required on every site.
• Dedication to maintaining safety and cleanliness, as job sites are also client homes.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Some overtime or Saturday shifts may be required

Work Location
Havertown, PA base with residential projects in Delaware and Montgomery counties.
