Construction Laborer

Job Summary
No experience necessary. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking person to join our crew. You will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment. Transportation can be provided. The ideal candidate will enjoy working on many different types of projects and will have a desire to learn and Advance. will provide the right candidate with training and help obtain certifications like OSHA 10, NYS crane operators license and CDL. Pay Commensurate with experience.

Duties

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including the organization of tools and materials.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors and fellow workers.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Apprenticeship

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
