Job Summary

One Koncept Build is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to support construction crews with daily job-site activities. This position assists with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, basic construction tasks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist construction crews with daily job-site activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials.
• Prepare work areas and maintain clean job sites.
• Use basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Assist with measuring, digging, lifting, and material preparation.
• Support skilled tradespeople and supervisors as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Report safety concerns, damaged materials, or site issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials safely.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew.

Work Environment

This is an in-person position working on active construction sites in the Phoenix, AZ area. The role may require standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in varying outdoor conditions.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
