Key Responsibilities

• Assist construction crews with daily job-site activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials.
• Prepare work areas and assist with basic site preparation.
• Use hand tools and basic construction equipment safely.
• Assist skilled workers with assigned construction tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Support demolition, cleanup, and material removal as needed.

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift construction materials.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
