Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
• Perform general labor tasks such as demolition, lifting, carrying, and moving materials or tools as directed
• Support the installation of structures, framing, or other building components under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Operate basic tools and machinery safely and correctly after proper training
• Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure worksite
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus
• Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
