Construction Laborer

Job Summary

Dream Renovations is seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to support renovation and construction projects. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and willing to learn while working closely with experienced crew members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and renovation tasks
• Load, unload, and move tools and building materials
• Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after projects
• Assist skilled tradespeople with assigned tasks
• Perform basic demolition, material handling, and site cleanup
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in an organized condition
• Follow project instructions and workplace safety procedures
• Support the construction team with additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous construction or renovation experience is preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Basic knowledge of construction tools is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions carefully
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials safely
