Construction Laborer

Overview

Join Williams Brothers Construction team as a Construction Laborer and become an essential part of building projects from the ground up! This role offers an energetic environment where you will actively contribute to various phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing
• Install rebar, formwork, metal stud framing, and other structural components following blueprint specifications
• Support concrete work including pouring, finishing, cutting.
• Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Perform heavy lifting, moving, and disposing of materials
• Willing to work all day outside in varies conditions

Requirements

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but no required
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction materials
• Knowledge of concrete forming, concrete finishing, rebar installation, and concrete pumping techniques
• Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely
• Understanding of construction safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces
• Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively on diverse projects
• Must be able to work day or night shift as needed 9-11 hrs. shifts
• Bilingual a plus
• Willing to pass a drug test and physical

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 54.0 per week
