Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing land, setting up lasers, installing pipe, and finish grade
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools across the job site
• Support operators and other sub- contractors
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and assisting with complete site prep
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision while adhering to safety guidelines

Skills

• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards collaboration and learning
• Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and efficiently
• Reliable punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is key
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must have valid license and reliable transportation
