Job Overview
We're looking for a dependable and motivated Construction Helper to join our crew. This is a physically active position where you'll assist with material handling, site preparation, and other general construction tasks.
Responsibilities
- Carry and organize lumber, tools, and construction materials
- Assist with building and assembling
- Help with framing, roofing, siding, and trim installation
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow instructions and work efficiently with the crew
- Perform general labor tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic construction experience is a plus but not required
Experience is appreciated, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
