Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various fence projects and ensuring the smooth progress of building activities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to learn about the fence industry. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to the successful completion of fence projects.

Duties

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
• Perform basic construction tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling materials
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
• Help with site cleanup and organization at the end of each workday
• Adhere to project timelines and quality standards to ensure timely completion of tasks

Experience

• Prior experience in fencing or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all safety procedures and equipment use
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
• Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus but not mandatory
• Must be able to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per day
