Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including moving materials and tools using hand tools and power tools depending on experience
• Perform heavy lifting of materials such as rebar, concrete forms, drywall, and flooring components to support various phases of construction projects
• Install rebar, metal stud framing, formwork, and other structural components following safety protocols and specifications
• Operate equipment like handsaws and drills safely to facilitate efficient placement
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to construction workplace safety regulations

Experience

• Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related field is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with carpentry, drywall installation, stucco application, caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, or renovation work is advantageous
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment
• Understanding of heavy lifting techniques and proper safety procedures in a construction environment
• Demonstrated commitment to following safety protocols and workplace safety regulations at all times
