We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up work areas.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, finishing, and formwork construction.
• Support the installation of rebar, metal stud framing, and other structural components following blueprint specifications.
• Help with concrete pouring, concrete finishing, and concrete pumping activities to ensure quality results.
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for site development, including working on hardscape projects like paving or tile laying.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade is highly preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of concrete forming, concrete cutting, rebar installation, and finishing techniques.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as concrete mixers and pumps.
• Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
• Basic carpentry skills including formwork construction, metal stud framing, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and tile laying are beneficial.

Pay: $25.80 - $31.07 per hour

Expected hours: 21.0 – 40.0 per week
