We are a medium sized civil site construction company, working in Baltimore, Baltimore County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Carroll County and Harford County. We focus on excavation, grading, utility, paving and general site work.
We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions:

Laborers

Heavy Equipment Operators

Crew Leaders

Heavy Equipment Mechanics/Leads

Applicants must have experience in site construction work, be able to pass a drug & background check. Must have your own reliable transportation to the project work sites. We offer competitive wages, 40-50 hour work weeks on average, reliable equipment, steady work and a small company atmosphere, with large steady projects. Great Home Work Life Balance! As a Construction Laborer, you'll work alongside skilled tradespeople to execute construction plans safely and efficiently, contributing to the creation of durable, high-quality structures. Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution
• Perform & Execute civil site work for demolition, renovation or new builds
• Follow all safety protocols and construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction processes
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics
• Experience with construction labor
• Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment when necessary
• Skilled in pipework, underground utilities, rebar installation, concrete formwork construction, masonry, stormwater projects
• Understanding of construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate work execution

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
