Construction Laborer

Job Summary

Fort Construction is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to support daily construction activities on job sites in the Fort Worth area. The position assists skilled tradespeople and site crews with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and general construction tasks while following company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean construction work areas.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Assist carpenters, contractors, and other construction workers.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Help with demolition, installation, and general site work.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Follow construction plans, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Report hazards, damaged materials, or equipment issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift and move construction materials.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction practices.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively with a construction crew.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
