As the Long Island dealer for Basement Systems International, we belong to a network of more than 400 contractors worldwide specializing in basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and moisture control. Our team brings that expertise to homeowners throughout Long Island.

What You’ll Do

• Install basement drainage systems, sump pumps, vapor barriers, and crawl space waterproofing products.
• Prepare work areas, move materials, and assist with demolition and installation.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment, including jackhammers.
• Work alongside your crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Protect customers’ property and leave each job site clean and organized.
• Treat homeowners professionally and take pride in the quality of your work.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependability: You arrive on time, follow through, and support your crew.
• A willingness to learn: You welcome feedback and want to develop practical skills.
• Comfort with physical work: You can perform tasks involving lifting, carrying, bending, and kneeling, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfort in basements and crawl spaces: You understand that the work can involve tight spaces and varying job-site conditions.
• Attention to safety and quality: You follow instructions and care about getting the job done correctly.

Experience in construction, landscaping, carpentry, demolition, or other hands-on work is a plus.
