Construction Laborer

Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools.
Support carpentry tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and stucco application.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, finishing, and formwork construction.
Install rebar and metal studs according to blueprints and schematics to ensure structural integrity.
Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and schematics to execute tasks accurately.
Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stonework, and restoration projects as needed.
Adhere strictly to construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site.

Experience
Previous experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to learn.
Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans is advantageous.
Hands-on knowledge of using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and heavy equipment operation is beneficial.
Experience with concrete finishing techniques such as pouring, smoothing, cutting, and formwork is a plus.
Knowledge of various construction disciplines including roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, plastering, caulking, framing (metal stud and wood), masonry, welding, drywall installation, and renovation work will set you apart.
A strong understanding of construction safety regulations and the ability to follow safety protocols diligently are essential for success in this role.
Candidates with commercial driving skills or experience operating heavy machinery will find additional opportunities for growth within our team.

Pay: $24.11 - $29.03 per hour
