Pay: $28.40-$40.00 per hour

Job Overview

We’re looking for a dependable Construction Laborer to help with building and renovation projects. You’ll work alongside skilled tradespeople, prepare work areas, handle materials, and assist with concrete and framing tasks. We welcome someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and makes safety a priority.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up safety barriers.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely for cutting, drilling, and assembling materials.
• Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, forming, and finishing.
• Help install rebar, formwork, metal studs, and other components according to project plans.
• Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Load, unload, and move materials using safe lifting practices.
• Assist with concrete mixers and other equipment when trained and authorized.
• Keep tools and work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience.
• Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and basic building methods.
• Concrete work, framing, carpentry, or masonry experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and understand basic construction plans.
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper equipment use.
• Ability to lift and carry materials, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.
