The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a motivated and professional Construction Laborer/Foreman-in-Training to join our construction crews. In this role, you’ll work alongside skilled professionals to install basement waterproofing, crawl space solutions, and foundation repair products according to our high standards of quality and safety. As you grow in this role, there’s a clear path to becoming a Foreman, leading your own team and taking on more leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your crew to install basement waterproofing, crawl space, and foundation repair systems.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment for each job.
• Ensure trucks are cleaned and stocked upon return to the company.
• Provide a remarkable customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment, adhering to safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a Mass DOT card.
• Experience with tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with your team.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 65 lbs and operate an 80 lb jackhammer.
• Leadership potential and eagerness to grow within the company.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to learn and accept guidance for personal and professional development.
• Adaptability, integrity, and personal accountability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
