Construction Laborer

Job Summary

We are an established national residential property management company, providing comprehensive property management, leasing, maintenance, renovation, acquisition and brokerage services across more than 60 U.S. markets.

We’re looking for reliable new team members to support general labor, site preparation, site cleanup, material handling, site preparation, painting and residential renovation projects.

In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures by performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites. Your energy, attention to safety, and willingness to learn will contribute directly to the successful completion of diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Be willing to learn career development skills
• Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving supplies, equipment, and materials around the site
• Support skilled tradespeople by handling tasks like concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to assist with framing, drywall installation, masonry, and other construction activities
• Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Strong teamwork
• Willingness to learn
• Construction experience is a plus (not required)
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous
• Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools
