Construction Laborer

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our skilled masons and concrete specialists across a diverse range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience and build a career in the construction trades.

Responsibilities:

• Assist masons and concrete finishers with various tasks on job sites.
• Load and unload materials (block, brick, stone, sand, cement, rebar, etc.).
• Mix and prepare mortar and concrete.
• Prepare sites for foundations and footings.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience preferred, but not required – we are willing to train motivated individuals!
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus.
