Construction Laborer

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete finishing
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
• Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like excavation, lifting, and material transport
• Support carpentry work including cabinet installation, flooring, tile laying, and framing
• Perform masonry tasks such as bricklaying and concrete forming with precision
• Assist with plumbing, electrical work, and restoration projects as needed to ensure project completion

Requirements

• Prior construction experience or related hands-on work preferred but not required; training available for motivated candidates
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment operation
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as carpentry, masonry, drywall installation, or electrical work is a plus
• Willingness to learn new skills including concrete finishing, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, or restoration techniques
