Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including moving materials and equipment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and concrete pumps to facilitate various phases of construction work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to support accurate execution of tasks.
• Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create durable structures.
• Install rebar, metal stud framing, and perform heavy lifting tasks to prepare sites for further construction activities.
• Execute tasks related to stucco, plastering, caulking, tile laying, and other finishing trades as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site.

Requirements

• Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, concrete work, or masonry.
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete cutting tools, and other relevant equipment.
• Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic with excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $26.04 - $31.36 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
