Construction Laborer

What You’ll Do

• Help prepare jobsites, clean work areas, and handle materials.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist carpenters, foremen, superintendents, and other trades as needed.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow safety rules, jobsite procedures, and supervisor direction.
• Complete physically demanding work indoors and outdoors.

What We’re Looking For

• Construction or general labor experience; commercial construction experience is a plus.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• A willingness to take direction and learn new skills.
• The ability to work cooperatively with a team.
• A commitment to jobsite safety and quality work.
• The ability to lift and carry materials, stand for extended periods, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different jobsites.
• A valid California driver’s license.
• The ability to meet applicable background screening and driving eligibility requirements for the position.
