Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of paving projects sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
• Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other construction elements as directed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks.
