Responsibilities

• Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support construction activities.
• Prepare sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and performing concrete forming and finishing tasks.
• Support carpentry work including cabinet installation, drywall hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and framing.
• Perform masonry tasks such as bricklaying, concrete pouring, and finishing to ensure durable structures.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical wiring, caulking, painting, and restoration projects as needed.
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites and operate heavy machinery when authorized.

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
• Solid construction experience with knowledge of carpentry, drywall installation, masonry, welding, and flooring techniques.
• Familiarity with concrete forming and finishing processes as well as tile laying and cabinetry installation.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and construction estimating principles.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings related to schematics and construction plans.
• Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills; safety-conscious mindset is essential for success.
