Most Wanted Drilling, LLC is a specialized drilling company focused on large-diameter drilling

projects. We are currently seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our field

operations as Entry-Level Laborers. This is a physically demanding role that offers

advancement for those looking to progress into machine and drill operations, or crew

management.

Job Overview

As a Laborer, you will support our drilling teams on-site, ensuring operations run safely and

efficiently. You will gain hands-on experience with heavy equipment, specialized tools, and

large-scale construction projects. Being self motivated and organized with clear written and

verbal communication skills, you will be a vital part of the Most Wanted team.

Primary Responsibilities

● Perform manual labor tasks on active drilling sites.

● Utilize basic construction tools effectively and safely.

● Assist in site preparation, equipment setup, and breakdown.

● Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with industry standards.

● Communicate with supervisors on site as well as remote management.

● Availability for regular 40 Hour work weeks with occasional overtime

Requirements

● Physical Capability: Must be able to perform heavy lifting (50 lbs+) and physical labor

for extended periods.

● Travel: Ability to travel to various project sites as required by the job schedule.

● Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and fromwork sites.

● Experience: Construction experience is helpful but not required for the right

candidate. Additional training and certifications such as Heavy Equipment operator

certification or CDL will be considered for advancement and higher pay.

● Tools: Familiarity with or willingness to learn the use of basic construction hand and

power tools.

Lead

● Starting pay is approximately $22+/hr, adjusted based on relevant experience and

training.

● Performance-based raises and certifications are tied to career advancement.
