Construction Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Construction Laborer to join a small property management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with some knowledge of trades, particularly carpentry, who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in construction and property maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a team player, reliable, and willing to take on varied tasks as needed. This position is well-suited for those currently in construction management or looking to transition into trade work, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Duties

• Assist with general construction and property maintenance tasks, including carpentry-related work
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
• Support ongoing projects by preparing materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled tradespeople as required
• Take initiative to perform additional tasks when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
• Contribute to the upkeep and improvement of properties through hands-on labor and basic carpentry skills

Requirements

• Some knowledge of trades, especially carpentry, is preferred
• Reliable transportation to job sites is essential
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various construction tasks
• Ability to adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols
• Strong work ethic with a team-oriented attitude

Pay: $26.45 - $31.85 per hour
