What You'll Do

• Drive company vehicles to and from jobsites
• Load materials and prepare for each project
• Install foundation, waterproofing, crawl space, and concrete repair systems
• Deliver top-quality workmanship and great customer service
• Keep trucks, tools, and jobsites clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• Construction experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• At least 21 years old
• Able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling
• Able to work overtime when needed
• Reliable transportation to our Frederick location each day
• Must pass a background check
