Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer/Helper to support our construction team in various building projects. This role involves assisting skilled construction workers with daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations on-site, and contributing to the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically capable, and eager to learn and grow within the construction industry.

Duties

• Assist construction workers with manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
• Support the setup and cleanup of job sites to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Help with loading and unloading supplies and materials as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Perform general labor duties such as digging, cleaning, and supporting various construction activities.
• Contribute to team efforts by being punctual, dependable, and proactive in assisting with daily job site needs.
