Construction Laborer/ Helper

We are seeking a dependable Construction Laborer/ Helper to support our construction team with daily project work. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, follows instructions, and works safely with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction, installation, and repair tasks.
• Load, unload, and move tools, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare work areas and keep job sites clean and organized.
• Assist with digging, measuring, mixing materials, and basic site preparation as directed.
• Use basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged tools, or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties related to construction and project support.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred; applicants willing to learn are welcome.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying materials, bending, standing, and working outdoors, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and transportation to assigned work locations.
• Willingness to work at different project sites and overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions.
• Must have a Guam Valid driver’s license.
