Responsibilities

• Assist with reading and interpreting construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation of structures and components.
• Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy materials, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely for cutting, drilling, or assembling materials in accordance with safety regulations.
• Conduct routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal performance on-site.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols, including the implementation of OSHA safety standards, proper use of respiratory protection, climbing safety procedures, and other industrial safety practices.
• Assist with the installation of construction elements such as piping, fencing, or structural supports while adhering to project specifications.

Skills

• Ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of erosion control techniques and environmental protection measures.
• Mechanical aptitude for understanding equipment repair and maintenance needs.
• Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Physical strength and endurance for heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling, and working in various weather conditions.
• Experience with industrial construction projects is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per day
