Job Description

• Construction laborers are responsible for performing physical tasks on construction sites to assist in the creation, renovation, or demolition of structures.
• They collaborate with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradesmen.
• Common duties include digging trenches, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in the installation of various construction materials.
• Construction laborers operate a variety of hand and power tools, such as shovels, jackhammers, saws, and drills.
• They assist in loading and unloading construction materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite.
• Construction laborers may be involved in setting up and removing temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
• Construction laborers may assist in the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures, such as concrete forms.
