About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Construction Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. Hours will vary week to week (from 10 up to full-time hours), depending on project workload, so flexibility is important.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone looking to gain experience in residential and commercial construction. You’ll be working alongside our team across a range of labouring tasks, with opportunities to learn new skills over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Site cleaning and general housekeeping
• Structural grout infilling
• Assisting with concreting works
• Manual excavation and digging
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Supporting trades and supervisors on site
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

About You

• Keen to learn and build a career in construction
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team
• Takes pride in doing a good job, even on basic tasks
• White Card (required) or willingness to obtain
• Driver’s licence (required) and reliable transport

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.51 – $35.84 per hour

Work Location: In person
