Duties

• Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and prepare sites for construction activities
• Assist with paving operations, including laying asphalt or concrete surfaces with precision and care
• Support the setup and teardown of construction sites by installing barriers, signage, and safety equipment
• Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity on-site
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule and uphold safety standards
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly

Requirements

• Proven construction experience or related hands-on work in building environments
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively; certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge of paving techniques and materials used in road or surface construction
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols at all times
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a dynamic work setting
• Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to obtain necessary certifications as required by local regulations
• Work in Heights required.

Pay: $18.12-$20.00 per hour
