Construction Labourer

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team this fall. This position involves assisting with a variety of residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Out-of-town travel will be required for some projects.

Responsibilities:

• Move and organize construction materials on job sites
• Clean and maintain safe, organized work areas
• Assist with assembly and installation of materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies
• Support skilled tradespeople as needed
• Follow company safety procedures and site regulations
• Travel to out-of-town job sites when required

Requirements:

• Construction experience is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and perform labour-intensive tasks
• Valid driver’s license is preferred
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Willingness to travel and occasionally stay out of town
