Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace
• Use hand tools and power tools to support carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and painting tasks
• Perform demolition work when required, including removal of old materials like drywall or flooring
• Mix and apply caulking, paint, or other finishing materials to meet project standards
• Follow safety protocols diligently while operating equipment or handling hazardous materials

Qualifications

• Prior construction experience or hands-on work in building environments is highly preferred
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in carpentry, drywall, flooring, or painting
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn new skills
