Duties

• Assist with site preparation including clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials.
• Use hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and levels
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to aid in construction and restoration projects.
• Support tradespeople with tasks like sealing, insulating, waterproofing, and cutting construction materials
• Help with demolition work and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workplace for all team members.

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment.
• Some prior experience in construction or related fields is required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving on-site.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 – 50.0 per week
