We're looking for an experienced, motivated Construction Labourer / Supervisor Assistant to become a key member of our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Site Supervisor with the day-to-day coordination of custom home construction projects.
• Perform general construction labour, including heavy lifting and physical site work.
• MUST be able to operate a mini excavator and skid steer for excavation, grading, and site preparation.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
• Assist skilled trades to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience.
• Must have proven experience operating both a mini excavator and skid steer.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
• Must have a provable clean Drivers Abstract.
• Current WHMIS and Working at Heights/Fall Protection certification.
• CSA-approved steel-toe boots and hard hat.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
