Immediate Starts | Ongoing Work | Skilled & Labour Positions Available

We are looking for reliable, hardworking construction workers to join our team on an ongoing refurbishment project in Brighton.

We are expanding our team and are looking for both general labourers and experienced skilled workers.

This is an ongoing project with plenty of work available for the right people. We are looking for workers who take pride in their work, turn up consistently and want regular work rather than just a few days.

General Labourers

Labourers will be involved throughout the project, including:

• Removing existing render
• Grinding balconies back to concrete
• Breaking out and preparation
• Moving and handling materials
• Preparing work areas
• Assisting waterproofing and skilled workers
• General site preparation and cleaning
• Assisting with insulation and flooring systems
• Helping with slab and decking installation

Previous construction experience is preferred, particularly experience with power tools, but reliability, work ethic and attitude are just as important.

Skilled Construction Workers

We are also looking for experienced workers with skills in:

• Balcony waterproofing
• Raised/elevated slab systems
• Metal grid support systems
• Pedestal systems
• Slab and paving installation
• Decking installation
• Insulation installation
• Concrete preparation and repairs
• External refurbishment

Experience installing raised or elevated paving/slab systems on metal support grids would be particularly useful.

You don’t need to be experienced in every aspect of the project. If you have a particular skill that you are confident in, tell us about it.

Pay

Pay is competitive and dependent on experience and ability.

We are happy to pay more for experienced workers who can take responsibility for skilled installation work and produce a high-quality finish.

There is also the opportunity for ongoing work and increased responsibility for reliable workers who prove themselves.

Brighton | Monday–Friday

8:00am–4:30pm 1-hour unpaid lunch break

You must have your own reliable transport or another reliable way of getting to the Brighton site.
